Scott Woodhill has always been fascinated by the way upbringing, culture, religion, and experience shape who we are. Scott has spent his life studying what drives people to interact the way they do. As all companies are comprised of human beings, we must enable people to thrive in order to create a highly productive and happy workforce. This principle drove Scott to create Woodhill Solutions in 2016. Woodhill Solutions paved the way for upGagement in 2022.
